About Me

I am born and raised in the PNW and live with my partner and our two daughters. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College, and have been in private practice since 2012.  I work with adults and couples through a variety of life transitions. I especially love working with new/expectant parents as they navigate the drastic changes that parenthood can bring. Please reach out if you have any questions, and I look forward to working with you.

I currently hold a license through the state of Oregon: Licensed Professional Counselor:  #C4122 and abide by its Code of Ethics.

I understand how social injustices affect each of us in a number of different ways.

Therapeutic Approach

Making the decision to see a counselor can be an intimidating, and overwhelming process.  I will work with you on a level that meets your needs and comforts.  Finding the right therapist is 90% of it, so it is vital that you feel comfortable working with me, and I you, in order to get the full benefit of therapy.  I will support you in finding balance in your life while helping you meet and get to know your authentic self.

During our first session, I will answer any questions you have for me and what therapy will look like. Then, we will talk more about what brought you in, and what your hopes and expectations are during our time together.  Finally, I will share with you some ideas of how we can work together to reach your goals.
